Go for it and sell, sell, sell!! Yahoo! You don't even have to be there to stress about the final stuff. I know you'll be stressing about it from NYC, but just try not to! :-) (yeah, right!)
Are you kidding. Did it really sell? That is awesome. Take it. Go for it. Who is going to move all your stuff and where? I am sure Mark and I can help get things moved.
Nope! Too good to be true, but our realtor said that they didn't qualify to purchase his house either (and he was glad of it). I appreciate the offer for help- we may still take you up on it.
